Product: Photo Envy 6234
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina
I keep getting the following Cartridge Problem error:
"Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed."
"If this message continues to appear, replace the indicated cartridge."
I've tried the following suggestions but nothing seems to work.
1. Removed the power cable from the printer for 60 seconds.
2. Cleaned the electrical contacts on the cartridge and printer.
3. Replaced the ink cartridge with a new cartridge.
Even after replacing the cartridge with a new one, the message still persists.
What else can I do?

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
