Cartridge Problem

Hi,

I noticed this error message yesterday, I've followed the steps online to remove the cartridge, clean it and the connector in the printer, reset by removing the power cable but the message is still displayed.

I did manage to print the page I needed using the single cartridge but I'm now trying to get out of this circle.

The printer is less than two years old and I'm not a heavy user

Any help appreciated.

@Toneh, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

 

This printer supports printing in single-cartridge mode. Insert one ink cartridge at a time to identify the defective ink cartridge.

If you have used more than 1 ink cartridge and have the same error, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
