Example: HP OfficeJet 5255
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Over the last couple of months, I have repeatedly gone through the suggestive steps to resolve the "cartridge problems". Still no resolution. I have spent the same amount of time trying to get replacement cartridges online, however, I have not been successful. It brings me right back to the same spot, "you do not need ink" Trying to run a business from home with an inoperable printer has been very discouraging. Please send me the black and TriColor ink; I am enrolled in the HP plan.  I do see others are experiencing the same problem.

@KC4Associates

We have received your message. Thank you for the information.

  • To assist you better, which of the ink cartridge is defective, black or the color?
  • According to the Instant Ink tool, the tri-color ink cartridge has 85% ink and the black has 25% if ink left.
  • Also, insert one ink cartridge at a time to identify the defective ink cartridge.

Keep me posted.

it is the tri color cartridge that is the problem. How can I reach someone to get a replacement cartridge?

@KC4Associates

Not to worry, I will ship a replacement color ink cartridge with express shipping. It will be delivered in 3-4 business days.

This would resolve the issue.
