I have spoken to 3 different people in an effort to resolve my query. I have been a loyal HP customer for 20+ years. My printer gave up on me this morning and I purchased an Envy Photo 7855 printer this afternoon. I presently have two, unopened cartridges (purchased 10/16/19 order # H330947907) suitable for my old printer with cartridges #60. Can I exchange them for cartridges on my new printer? Your prompt reply is appreciated.
