HP Recommended

HP OfficeJet 9010 series.  Went through the procedures that the automated helper suggested.  Powered off/on, unplugged power from the wall, removed cartridges and unplugged from the wall - powered back on and reloaded all the cartridges.  Downloaded and installed HP software for my printer.  HP recommended pulling the battery if it had one.  Could not find one.
