HP envy 120
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer is HP envy 120 which was bought 4 years ago. 3 days ago, it started to show the error that "Cartridge cannot move", at the beginning, i tried turn the printed off and on, it worked. But today, it doesnot work although I tried all the ways  said in the veido. SO I'm wondering how to solve the problem? And is there a technician can come over to help? Thanks.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Does the carriage which holds the cartridges move? Are you able to remove the cartridges from the Printer?

Do try all the steps from here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-120-e-all-in-one-printer-series/5203208/model/5203209/d...

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
