I have the Envy 6230 and am getting the above same error. My web services ARE on.. I have enrolled, had the printer over a year now.. I have taken the printer off my pc, reinstalled it.. and nothing alters.
Last week it said it could not print due to set up, so when I took it off and put it back on, it was fine. now I am getting that error again AND the cannot print message due to the enrollment in instant ink. it is driving me mad... help. is there a UK number I can call?
