Product: HP DeskJet 2632 All-in-One Printer

The coloured ink cartridge is doesn’t work, also printer can’t read it, so I did all steps about how to fix it, which was showed by online support assistant. I think the coloured ink is finished, because I fixed it earlier than black. So can I order new one.
