I keep getting this error message on my HP envy photo 7858 

 

"Cartridge Problem

 

The indicated cartridges are not communicating correctly with the printer. If this problem persists, replace the cartridges."

 

I have no distilled water (nor do I know where to find some) to properly clean the cartridges beyond doing that I have tried EVERY other listed solution. Nothing works and I'm almost 100% certain I did all of the troubleshooting steps I tried correctly I need my printer to work and need help ASAP.  Especially since it will be at least 4 months until I can afford a new one if needed. I desperately want this fixed.

 

Any and all help will be appreciated.  Please and thank you.
