Has anyone else gotten a cartridge error lately??

@Julieluhring, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

  • Are you using HP Ink cartridges?
  • Which of the ink cartridge is defective?

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue- HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

I would imagine that all hp instant ink cartridges ARE authentic. And, it’s ALL of them that are defective— now 3 times sent!!

By the way, my printer has been cleared by support so it’s not the hp 8720’s fault!! 

(now what??)
