I have a number of unused cartridges for my ENVY5020 - 6 Black, 2 tricolor - how can I stop further deliveries and charges until I have used up those I currently have. GD

Is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink service?

 

HP Instant Ink is a subscription service that sends ink before you need it based on your printing volume and ink levels. You might not receive ink cartridges every month. If you print many pages, you might receive multiple ink cartridges in a month.

 

You will not receive the ink cartridges from HP unless the ink cartridges in the printer are low on ink.

 

If you have any issues with the Instant Ink account, check your HP Instant Ink account page. Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
