After spending over 2 hours assisting me to diagnose my printer problem, the agent finally came to the same conclusion (that I told him from the beginning of our session) that I had a faulty color cartridge. He said he would send a new one. That was June 8th. I still do not have my replacement. I am an instant ink subscriber. How do I get through to somebody without going through all of the waiting my turn for an agent?

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen.
Alternately, you can click on the Virtual Assistant. When the assistant opens type "Where is my ink?" (w/o the quotes). The system will ask a few questions and then schedule your shipment.
