1. Joined the HP Instant Ink programme in 2021. My printer is in Austria. At the time HP offered a 12 month extended warranty to join the programme, and it seemed an excellent idea to take this option. My first delivery of ink was on 13/12/2021, and I have paid 3.99 euros every month since purchase. To date I have received no other supplies (so no reserve) and I am now running out of colour ink. I have tried every way I can think of to contact Instant Ink, but the only option appears to be to pay 24.50 euros to call them! I now find on my account that the printer warranty has expired, so where is the extra year cover? The device (an HP Envy 6400) has a mind of it's own, often fails and needs resetting, and apparently will ask for ink when it needs it! There is no indication on the printer as to ink levels (even a print out would be useful) but online, we seem to have about 50%. We dont!!
