Microsoft Windows 11

I received a few month ago a black cartridge.

when I inserted in the printer I get the message:

Cartridge does not properly communicate to the printer .

I did for 10 or more times all the instructions with resetting the printer by myself and assisted by the bot customer service.

I have even a case number.

Where I can return the Defective cartridge so I can get a new one?

I see that you are facing cartridge issues.

 

To isolate the issue, I would request you to elaborate the defect you are referring to.
