HP Envy 6234
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer has worked for 1 year no problem. Then suddenly it is saying: HP Instant Ink Problem. Cannot print. Visit www.hpinstantink.com for information.

The printer was working fine and I hadn't changed either of the cartridges and I have printed with no problems at all before. I changed both the black and the colour cartridges (303) in case it was an issue with the cartridges but the same problem is occurring. I've checked all the quickfix solutions (like unplug from printer and wall when switched on) but still doesn't work.

I'm sure it's something simple. I can't believe it has broken after a year already. Annoyingly my warranty expired 10 days ago on 12 August...

I am printing from a PC which runs Windows 10 Enterprise. 1903. This was installed on 2/9/19.

Please can you help??!....
