I'm getting the error: Tri-color cartridge: Fout met cartridge. I've installed my first delivered instant ink cartridges and was able to print a few pages. However now it is giving this error. I've tried every step in the troubleshooting area including firmware update, cleaning the cartridges and resetting the printer. It still doesn't work. I don't have replacement cartridges yet so I can't put a new one in. It states it can't send new cartridges as it isn't able to check the status of the color cartridge because of the error. Could you please provide me a new cartridge?
