Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer won't print due to a cartridge error! I can't  correct the error no matter how many times I hard reset my printer or carry out any of the previously listed fixes. I have a case number and have managed to get the phone help number BUT the phone number doesn't seem to work either[edit] Has anyone else suffered the same issues and managed to fix them?

I'd appreciate contact from a member of the help team, thanks.

This is not a solution to the problem mentioned here. Or am i missing something please?

I am having the same issue as many others regarding the cartridge error status on my new printer. The cartridges were packed with the printer however I seem to have a problem with the tricolour cartridge?? Any ideas suggestions please?

To be able to assist you better, I would like to know the following:

 

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Is the printer enrolled in HP Instant Ink Program?

Model is an ENVY 5010. Surely it should be as simple as just fitting the cartridges in then it will print?? Why all of this carry on which seems to be a common fault?
