Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have an error message that asks me to reinstall cartridge.  3 colour cartridge.  I have done so.  Have also followed all the troubleshooting hints.  Unplugged for 60 seconds.  Checked for updates and cleaned contacts.  How can I solve this problem the printer is only 18 months old and hasn't been used a lot.

Are you using HP ink cartridges?

Do you have an alternate color ink cartridge to try with?

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

 

If the issue persists, it could be a hardware issue. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the replacement options.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
