Cartridge error

HP Recommended

 I subscribe default program to receive new cartridge from HP. In 9 months I never received cartridges, I am really upset because now my printer is does not work due empty cartridge. The app says me to replace the cartridge as it  is probably  defective but it is the one that was sent to me as a welcome kit. Why i have to buy an another cartridge and i can not have one from the instant ink program?

I understand you have not received HP instant ink cartridges and you are currently out of ink.
