Cartridge issue

Example: HP Envy Photo 6234
Android 8.0 Oreo and older

Printer is indicating problem with black cartridge, had new cartridge delivered and same issue displayed.

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

A message came up that I need to input The amount of copy pages i I used then it went away. Where do I go to put it on the website? That's what i need to know.
