Hi all I'm looking for advice on what to bout my ink cartridge I started having problems with the ink cartridge leaking  it only the black ink

I  tryed cleaning it and it still not working

it first time I ever had a printer and it been nothink but trouble really 😕

I have a deskjet printer and I am billed for paper I don't even use  I pay £3.49 for 100 pages and I should have free ink cartridges shipped to me when my ink runs low witch it not low eough as I not been able to use my printer 

 

All I no is that your ink levels have to be low before they  make a shipment of new ink cartridges out to you. 

But if my ink cartridge is not working correctly and is leaking  how can I put it he broken cartridge in my printer to use the ink up  when it leaking

eathier way I can't get new  ink cartridges out to me Because my  cartridge is leaking

 

What can I do? I was thinking of cancelling my monthly direct debit for the instant ink because I cannot use the ink cartridge I have now and I can't get new ones out to me and I was going just sell my printer

Is the color ink cartridge working fine?

Is there any ink spillage inside the printer? This can damage the printing mechanism. Were you able to clean it?

 

As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
