Product: Officejet Pro 6978
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
I had received an email stating that the instant ink cartridges were defective and to change them when I received them. I did, but the color blue isn’t working correctly. I don’t know if the other colors, perhaps yellow, aren’t defective as well. The blue and the green colors aren’t working right. I know that yellow and blue make green.

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve cyan not printing properly in your Officejet Pro 6978. Go through the steps in order. In Step 10 does the test page print properly or are cyan (and possibly other colors) missing?
If you need a replacement Instant Ink cartridge the document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
