macOS 10.15 Catalina

Have a Cartridge Problem - have cleaned the ink cartridges and the print head numerous times. It printed a sheet and then returned to the error message.  Switched off for 60 seconds numerous times but still get the same error message - remove and reinstall the cartridge.  My instant ink account says it will not send out a cartridge until the problem is resolved. Tried the virtual agent and the support page. Still not working. Please can you help. - spent all day on it so far.
