Product: HP Envy Photo 7858
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
In the middle of printing several docs I'm getting a Cartridge Problem error. I've removed both cartridges, cleaned them and reseated them. I've also unplugged the printer to restart it but I continue to get the error. I'm signed up for the HP Cartridge replacement program. What do I do next? I don't think I'm out of ink since it was fine before it stopped.
