I am getting "cartridge problem" notices on my printer which prohibits me from printing - even in single cartridge mode (when printing in color only black was printing previously). I have cleaned cartridges as per instructions and am locked out of the ability to print. HP Instant Ink does not appear to be monitoring usage so my cartridges have been purchased locally (even though there is no way the old ones were empty). I have had no support from HP as I've navigated all the protocols using virtual assistant. Can't get to a live person via phone, chat or text. Also have uninstalled driver and reinstalled new app. Printer has probably printed fewer than 200 sheets since purchase. How can I get someone to create a case file and help me out??
