Cartridge problem

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Deskjet 2632. The coloured ink cartridge started to flash so I assumed it needed replacing.  However it is still flashing and the printer will not work.  When I check the ink levels for both cartridges they are not registering at all.  I have followed the suggestion to clean the contacts but this has had no effect either.  As I am on the Instant Ink plan and have not yet received my next supply, I cannot try another cartridge.  Any ideas?

Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.

 

If the suggested information can't be found, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

I am facing the same issue since December 2019 and HP has provided no help. I have spoken to their call center staff who told me they will call back but still haven't received the call.

 

Please let me know how you fixed as the new cartridge that was send to me did not fix the issue.

Hi Asmita,

If you are a Hp Employee please can you help me with this issue. It is so frustrating to have a printer that has not worked for 3 months and I keep paying the monthly subscription.

  • What model printer are you using?
  • What is the error message that you get?
  • Do you have any blinking lights on the printer?
  • Did you receive a replacement instant ink cartridge from HP?

As the issue is related to Instant ink cartridges, I need more information to help you out.
