Cartridge problem

ENVY Photo 7100 All-in-One Printer series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After I printed a photo few days ago, my printer screen showed "cartridge problem", it asked me to remove the black cartridge and reinstall it properly, but the message still shows on the screen after I've tried many times.   It also asked me to change the black cartridge, but the printer couldn't communicate with the HP Smart App, so I can't ask for a new black cartridge delivery.   I  tried everything suggested by HP support/virtual agent, even downloaded the the HP Print and Scan doctor, but nothing helped.


What can I do now?  I need HP agent to help.
