Cartridge problem

HP Recommended

Hello.

 

Just had a paper jam on my printer removed the jam but now it just says Cartridge Problem on the black cartrridge.

removed cleaned all the contacts, rebooted but it still says error.

 then on the HP instant ink page its says:- Replace or clean the cartridge to resolve the issue—you will not receive ink shipments until the error is resolved. so how can i resolve this

Online chat is not a help.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.

No joy the virtual assistant does not help..

says the support center is closed but its 10:20 Am UK time ?

 

and i cant find a UK phone number.
