Hi, I have just received my first replacement ink for an ENVY Photo 6234.
The ink I received when I purchased the printer was 303, I have been sent 64/303. The Tri-color cartridge is saying there is a problem.
I have put the original (303) back in and it registered fine but the 64/303 won’t.
I have followed the advice about problem solving but no luck.
Please advise how I move forward or get a new 303 cartridge sent please.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
