Solved!

Cartridge ran out before replacement was sent

My black HP instant ink cartridge ran out of ink before HP sent me a replacement. Now I have used up almost 20 pages (including the pages required to run HP's recommended diagnostics) of my monthly allotment, and the print quality is too poor to read. In addition, I will still have to wait several days until my new cartridge arrives.

 

I would, at the very least, like to have my monthly page allotment refunded. I tried to contact HP via their Chat feature, but it would not load--I just got the 'wheel of doom.'
