Hello,

 

my printer has all of a sudden come up with the following error message:

 

”Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge making sure it is installed correctly. If this message continues to appear, replace the indicated cartridge.” 

it is the colour cartridge causing issues. I have taken it out and reinstalled it about 20 times. I have made sure the printer is updated. I’ve restarted the printer, I have even reset the printer back to factory settings but this message still comes up. I have looked at the advice of similar posts but nothing seems to work. I have also tried the other colour ink cartridge I’ve received from my HP instant ink delivery yesterday and I get the same message. 

Can you help as I really need the use of my printer ASAP.

Hello,

Since you have already replaced the HP Instant Ink cartridge with a new one and the issue still persists, I am very concerned that the issue is with the printer itself.

The best for you would be to contact HP Instant Ink support by phone, to tell them the problem is that they find a solution with you.

My problem is totally the same but when I put back the old cartridge, printer works. So it appears not a printer problem but a cartridge problem.
