I have a Pro9010 printer and purchased an extra set of HP 962 cartridges with it when I bought it. Shortly after starting to use my new printer, I signed up for the instant ink program. It seems I cannot use the extra set of cartridges I purchased. What's my best solution to get these cartridges to work?

Unfortunately, you wouldn't be able to use them unless you cancel your Instant Ink subscription.
