I consistently get the 'cartridges are not communicating correctly with the printer' I would like a solution that fixes this issue permanently?

Please read this post then provide some details.  What printer model? What operating system? How is the printer connected - USB, wired LAN, Wireless LAN, bluetooth? Are the error messages on the printer or computer screen?  Are the cartridges HP Instant Ink or retail cartridges?  If retail cartridges are they HP of third party?
