My printer has suddenly decided that it doesn't want to work. The message is
Cartridge Problem: The indicated cartridges (black) are not communicating correctly with the printer. If the problem persists replace the cartridges.
I have tried all the suggestions on the help page, clean the cartridge, reset the printer but still not working. Can't get a replacement cartridge as instant ink doesn't think I need one yet. What am I supposed to do please?

I still don't have a solution to my problem, I have private messaged you the details that you requested but am still awaiting a reply and I really would like to get my printer sorted so that I can print out my wedding photos
