I have been paying monthly fees for quite a while to be in the HP Smart program that would replace my ink cartridges when needed. In the years I have been in the program, I think I may have been shipped a cartridge once. Now, my HP Envy 7864 won't print because the cartridges are not communicating properly, and the printer tells me to replace the cartridges. But HP Smart will not replace the cartridges. So I am asking, why should I continue to pay for this program that will not assist me when I need it? Should I also warn my friends not to enroll in this program?
