I seem to have a plethora of unused ink cartridges. Why keep sending them if I am unable to my account on hold till I use them all?
We now have stock of (3) XK Black, (3) Magenta, (3) Cyan, and (3) Yellow.
How can this be rectified?
If we stop the program these cartridges will not work.....
