Cartriodge problem (and many other problems as well)

Hello, Am I the only one that is experiencing nothing but problems with this printer? Photo drawer never once worked 😞 . It will not print normally as well most of the times and now ... there seems to be an issue with the cartridges. It wont print. So I changed one cardridge for the one that I bought myself to resolve the problem (of course it doenst mention what the problem exactly is). Now my contract at HP for receiving cartridges is confused. Probably will not receive a new one although the one they send me stopped working.

Any one who knows what to do? Apart from never ever buying HP again 🙂  Never ever have I been so frustrated about something I bought 🙂 Also the fact that you can not call and ask how to resolve any of the problems? Highly dissapointed. I bought HP again because my former printer was great, but def other quality 🙂
