you had not sent any ink since July 2019 and the printer still thinks it had ink. however we have been using it so it ran out of ink.   I went online to my HP instant ink account and ordered more, after installing it I got a message that I had installed store ink and not HP ink.   so I contacted HP (case number [Personal Information Removed])and they sent more ink no charge and told me to return the Ink that was just sent.   now I installed the newest ink and get the same message that I installed store bought ink.   This is not acceptable if you don't fix this ASAP I will trash this printer, and fight for a refund.

Thank you for the information. I see that you have received both replacement inks on 17 Mar 2022. We have the right shipping address as well. Currently, both ink cartridges are full.

 

You are enrolled in a free plan where you can print 15 pages a month. You can see all these details on the Instant Ink account. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
