I have a cartridge error problem with the black ink. Tells me its not communicating with my computer, and I need to replace the cartridge.
How do you get to someone who will let you order a new cartridge.?
If the cartridge causing the issue is a new cartridge, and is in its warranty, then I would recommend contacting HP by phone to see if you are eligible to receive a replacement cartridge.
