HP Instant Ink
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I am using instant ink account from past 2 years and really like the service. Initially we had it set up with just 1 printer and recently we purchased another printer. Now we have 2 printers in our instant ink account. The previous printer also has a $14 prepaid balance. I don’t want to lose that balance and was wondering if there is a way I can transfer this prepaid balance to my new printer balance and cancel and remove the previous one before I can sell or give  it to someone else.

Thank you!
