Hi, I'm having the exact same issue as the below post where I'm not able to change my HP Smart Username

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you need information on changing your HP Smart Username. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

  • Update your HP Smart (formerly HP Connected) account information, such as the username, email address, and password.
  • Sign in to HP Smart.
  • Click the Account icon at the top of the webpage.
  • Select Settings to open the account information.
  • Locate the setting you want to update, and then select the Edit icon next to the setting.
  • Clicking the Edit icon
  • Update the information, and then click Save.
