Hi, I'm having the exact same issue as the below post where I'm not able to change my HP Smart Username
Appreciate help on how I can execute this.

I understand you need information on changing your HP Smart Username. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
- Update your HP Smart (formerly HP Connected) account information, such as the username, email address, and password.
- Sign in to HP Smart.
- Click the Account icon at the top of the webpage.
- Select Settings to open the account information.
- Locate the setting you want to update, and then select the Edit icon next to the setting.
- Update the information, and then click Save.
