Dear Team
I would like to change the user name on my HP smart account as I am changing internet providers. I have changed the email in my smart account via the account edit setting. However, this does not seem to change the user name.
I see in your support community blogs that other users discussed this back in March https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/HP-Instant-Ink/Change-HP-smart-account-user-name/td-p/8330928 . Is there any way you can please help? Thank you.

I understand you need information on changing the username on your HP Smart account. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
Please refer to this document: HP Printers - Update Your HP Smart Account Information
If the issue still persists, then please try using a different browser ( Mozzila, Edge, or Chrome).

Dear team
As the other thread also found, going into the HP Smart account settings allows me to change my email contact address but NOT the user name. I have changed my email contact address in the account as the knowledge base directed. Can you please advise how to change the USER name? Thank you.
