Hp Envy 5032
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Having been a member of the instant ink community this is my first moan.

My printer is a HP Envy 5032. The black cartridge asked to be changed this morning and since I have put it in the printer, no ink comes out. I have triple checked the film was removed - cleaned the cartridges, heads a few times and still nothing.

I have found the virtual assistant unhelpful as I believe its a faulty cartridge.

I have left my details with a hp office to ring me back but has anyone any ideas Please?

it has been very hard to be without the printer working. 
I am yet to receive the replacement then of course I will accept it as resolved.
