I moved from the US to the UK, and I would like to update my account information to my UK shipping and billing address in order to enrol in Instant Ink. I was able to change my country in my account profile, but when I go to update my shipping and billing information, the drop-down menu to change country is inaccessible.

I finally reached someone through a help chat after waiting for 1 1/2 hours, and I was told that I cannot change my country and instead need to make a new account. If that is the case, then a) why is that answer not specified anywhere, and b) why even bother allowing for updates to the account profile if this is not possible? On top of that, why is there is no easy way to delete the old email address in order to try to use it again to set up the new account? This is a global world. People move. Please update your system.

I understand that you want to change the country in the instant ink account, I am glad to assist you.

You will have to create a new instant ink account.

This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue, I am sending you a private message with the steps to talk to HP support.
