Product: HP Envy Photo 6234 printer

I have recently moved from the UK to Italy and simply want to change my shipping details however the virtual agent and website prove to be difficult. Does anyone know how to do this or do I need to phone HP support?

Yes, I have moved to Italy and would like to retain receiving ink cartridges however amending my location details is not straight forward.

You'll have to cancel your subscription and re-enroll from the new country as a new subscription.
