Hi @Ric73,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I understand you need help updating your Credit Card Information for your Instant Ink. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

Change your payment information

Change the payment method on your HP Instant Ink account.

Change payment information for Home / Home Office

  1. Sign into your Instant Ink account.
  2. Click Account in the left menu, then Billing.
  3. Click Change Payment Method to open the Billing details window.

NOTE: When you update your payment method, you must re-enter all information, including card number, CVV, and expiration date.

Make sure postal codes are in the correct format.

Each subscribed Home / Home Office printer is billed separately.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
