Hello, 

 

I am moving from Spain to Singapore with my printer and would like to make sure the printer works in Singapore and i can be connected to hp instant ink, or how to port my account

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are looking for help with a regional reset on your Printer.

To perform a printer region reset you need to meet the following conditions:

 

Do you have the ink cartridges for both regions?

Do you have a printer USB cable?

Do you have the printer full feature software and drivers installed on your PC?

If you meet the above conditions then let me know the following details:

1) The operating system of your PC, is it Windows or Mac?

2) Confirm the printer model.

 

Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Dear Irwin6

 

I do not have yet installed the drivers, but i guess i can find them online, can you please direct me to where?

I can find a USB cable

I have cartridges from the initial region, and i am still not in the new country (Singapore)

I want the printer to operate for both MacOS Sonoma and Win11

 

The printer is an HP Envy Pro 6420

Thank you for sharing the above information.

To perform a regional reset, you will have to be in the new country.

 

However, meanwhile you can install the full feature software for your Windows 11 by clicking on this link.

 

Also purchase a USB cable locally as it is available at stores locally.
