I have moved from UK to France and am trying to cancel UK account so I can set up a French one but cant find how to cancel UK account I have cancelled the subscription to instant ink but cannot cancel account.

I have the same issue.

 

I moved from the Netherlands to the US.

 

If I am able to get this resolved, I will return to share what the HP Employee Experts  and Engineering team shared with me.

I'd like to help!

 

You would have to cancel your previous enrolled and reenroll, the instant ink account cannot be deleted.

 

For assistance on region/country change please reach instant ink phone support team(contact info can be found on the home page)
