I am at a complete loss. I have spent several hours trying to change my location. I have a previous account when i was located in france and used the instant ink service. I have now moved to Spain, bought a new printer and when I tried to register the printer it keeps linking me back to my french account. I cannot find a way to cancel my french HP Smart account and create a new one here in spain.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, using a different email and phone number, used the virtual assistant BUT just find myself ending up at the beginning.
This is so frustrating - Any help would be greatly appreciated.
