I have the same question.  When I google this i'm told to go into my profile and I'll see a change shipping address place. NOT! did you resolve this? If so, please advise how.  Thank you very much!!!

I see that you want to update the new shipping address to your HP instant ink account.


Please follow the steps listed below to update it:
1. Click Here  (the HP Connected website) to sign in to your HP Instant Ink account, if you are not signed in already. Your HP Instant Ink account page opens.
2. On the left column of the page, click on My Account section, click Shipping Information, then Edit Shipping Information. Make sure postal codes are in the correct format.
3. Click on Save.
